1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Policy

Our Agreement Regarding Time and Booking:

Your growth and progress require consistency and our scheduled sessions represent a dedicated, mutually agreed upon time block just for you. Because that time is reserved exclusively for your journey, the following policy applies to all bookings:

• The 24-Hour Rule: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled start time in order to have the payment applied to another date and time. The courtesy is offered only once, more than one cancellation or no show will result in us no longer working together.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or sessions missed entirely without notification, will be forfeit without a refund or transferable payment.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to a session or call, our session or call will still conclude at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent clients are not impacted. The fee for the full session remains unchanged.
• All payments are final and non refundable. They are transferable once with a 24 hour notice. 

2. Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

Our Agreement Regarding Privacy and Data

Security:

The relationship between a sex|relationship coach and a client requires an absolute foundation of trust.

Your privacy is paramount. Anything shared within our coaching sessions, via written intake forms, or through email communications is treated with the highest level of discretion.

• Strict non disclosure: I will never disclose your identity, relationship structures, kink affiliations, sexual practices or the content of our sessions without your explicit written consent.

• Secure Digital Footprint: Because we are navigating highly personal subject matter, all intake data and session notes are stored and protected.

• Legal exceptions to confidentiality: as a professional coach, my commitment to your privacy is absolute except where compelled by law. Legal exceptions where confidentiality must be broken include:

1: clear, imminent or stated intent to cause severe physical harm to yourself or someone else.

2: the disclosure of abuse, neglect or exploitation of a minor, elder or vulnerable adult.

3: a formal court order or subpoena signed by a judge. 

As a reminder our work together is strategic, educational and focused on your future goals. I’m here to give you actionable tools, not medical or clinical therapy
